New phone

I’ve order the iPhone 13 pro max, I’ve had confirmation to say the Barclays have accepted my credit but nothing from Apple to say my phone order has been successful

Applied for Barclays Finance for iPhone 14 Pro Max but didn't recieve order confirmation? Hi! So I tried to order the iPhone 14 Pro Max through Barclays Finance. I applied for the application and got sent 2 emails from Barclays about it. They haven't approved yet but I didn't get an order confirmation from Apple regardless. They said the site crashed and I got sent back to the main page! Is this normal and meant to happen? I don't see the phone in my order page so I'm getting a little worried here.
