Photos not syncing with MacBook Pro

I have iCloud turned on my iPhone, MacBook Pro, and iPad. Photos taken on my phone are syncing and visible on my iPad, but do not appear on my MacBook Pro. Can you help?

Photos not syncing with iPhone/iPad My Mac used to sync photos OK, i.e., pictures taken on my phone would soon show up in Photos on my Mac. That no longer happens. I've looked at all the settings, and can't figure it out. Note that I use iCloud Drive.

Photos not syncing with iphone and imac after installing Ventura I just installed Ventura 13.5 several days ago and now my photos are not syncing at all from my iphone to my imac, it's been hung up on 'syncing 10 items to icloud' the last several days, this just started after installing Ventura. Any ideas on how to fix this issue? Thanks for any help, much appreciated!

Check your library is the system library (Open preferences - if the circled button is not greyed out, click it.

Then check iCloud settings are as shown.
