Apple doesn't create emoji. If there are emoji you'd like to see, let the organization who does create emoji know and that is the Unicode Consortium. You can send proposals here --> https://www.unicode.org/pending/proposals.html

Apple doesn’t create emoji. That is the job of the unicode consortium. They accept proposals for new emoji on their website→https://home.unicode.org
