A blue border appears on the face of my watch. I originally thought it was a notification but it appears even after there are none. It appears on all my watch faces.
I have updated the software, restarted the watch, and rest to factory settings.
How do I remove it?

You can toggle off the "Visual Signal" setting inside the assistive touch menu on the Watch app on the phone, while leaving assistive touch on. That will leave the assistive touch functionality active, but disable the irritating blue halo (I hated it too!).
I can't seem to find that toggle... any suggestions on where they've hid it?
You should do this on the watch app on the iPhone, not on the watch itself. That blue border is the visual signal.
So we tried it now on the apple watch 5 of my husband with os version 8.3 and he has exactly the same problem. Are you guys sure that this is not a bug or something? If we can get it on 2 different watches and cannot make it go away?
if I am honest I have this watch since Thursday and I feel it is not a very good product if I have to reset it after just 3 days of using it already?
We own two Apple Watch Series 7 on WatchOS 8.3 and we don't have this on either watch. If this was a bug, this forum, which is the worlds most visited forum for all things Apple device related, would be flooded with people complaining about this.
But you suggest you've had this watch just a few days? Apple doesn't sell Apple Watch 6 any longer. Where did you buy this watch?

I did do that (watch 7, os 8.3) but it did not change anything.
Also tried to restart the watch, but didn’t help either, the blue border is still there

Hmm very odd. Maybe you had the feature enabled before you updated the OS or something? Cannot explain otherwise how we cannot get rid of it, but you don’t have the problem 🤯

I have series 7 Apple Watch ⌚️ but I can’t ring the tone to find it. It was working yesterday, I have no idea since it’s new in March with max help. I am upset that this pappemed.
I have turned that feature off, however if I turn on accessibility I still get that border everywhere. Really annoying
