Is there a way to find similar photos in the Photos app? Not duplicates, but all photos taken in front of the stove in my kitchen with my 2 sons?

I would use Smart Album - you can create your own conditions (like, set specific location and people). If your photos have correct location and people are recognized on photos - it should work.

P.S. just checked - you can not add location to criteria for condition :(

But I think you may try workaround - add keyword to photos in specific location and use this "keyword" as criteria for your Smart Album.

Try searching for "stove" or "oven" in the text search box at the top of the PHotos window.

Were they all taken at the same time? If so then Control (right) - click on the one photo you have and select "Show in All Photos" from the contextual menu:

All of the photos taken at that time should be grouped together.
