Apple Watch pairing

I had to factory reset my phone and now I can't pair with my Apple Watch. I can't do a factory reset of my watch because it says its still paired to my device however, when I go on to the watch app on my phone my on.y option is to pair. How do I get my watch to either factory reset without my phone or pair with my reset phone?
