I ran out of storage the other day and all my Safari tabs disappeared. I restarted my phone and they came back, but it kept happening. Yesterday all my bookmarks on Safari disappeared. I didn’t have Safari backed up to iCloud and I haven’t done an iTunes backup recently. I tried turning my phone off and on again, but that only got my tabs back.
Is there any way I can recover my bookmarks?

It sounds as though you’ve run out of available storage on your iPhone, and noticed bookmarks no longer showing after running out of storage. Apple Support Communities is a great place for help!
