Why doesn’t my Apple Watch have a zoom effect when k enter the apps

I asked a couple of people but they didn’t know what I mean when I go onto my Apple Watch the apps just appear but whne I go on my bro there’s one the apps have zoom in effect can anyone help me achieve that?

Watch app on phone,tap on accessibility and turn on zoom.
