After sleep touchbar doesn't start (have to restart computer)

Hi! So lately (probably after the latest update to OS) when my MacBook comes out of sleep the Touchbar isn't working - just blank.

I've tried killing TouchBarServer, Touch Bar Agent, Control Strip. But it doesn't bring it back.

Only thing that works is restarting.

No Time Machine backup - Time Machine backup not found.

System modifications - There are a large number of system modifications running in the background.

Suggest downloading the Application Etrecheck  directly from a well Respected ASC Contributor. The application is free or paid from added features. Run the application with Full Disc Access ( Security & Privacy - Full Disc Access ). It will take a Snap Shot -  both the hardware and software. The Report will Not Reveal Any Personal Information. Post back the Full Report - copy and paste - using the Additional Text Icon ( 3rd Icon to last )

We can have a look at the report for possible issues and may have possible suggestions to resolve the issues.

Any Third Party Applications that will interfere with the normal operation of the OS, alter, modify, remove or delete or attempt to do so is an invitation for disaster and may require a Reinstallation of the OS.

IMHO - Point # 1 - There are pre-existing Unresolved Software Issues. They should be resolved prior to upgrading - they may carryover to Big Sur making the system unstable / unusable.

System modifications - There are a large number of system modifications running in the background.

The installing of Big Sur 11.6 has just amplified the pre-exiting unresolved issues of running either out-dated or incompatible software.
