touchbar not working

After update on macOS Monterey 12.3.1 the touch bar freezes and display out. After shutdown & restart (8-10 times). The touch bar display back but not working.

Try the following:

▷ Update macOS.

▷ Try Safe Mode.

▷ Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac.

If that does not help, then get expert service and support at the Genius Bar.

I upgraded to Monterey V 12.3.1 (21E258) yesterday- my touch bar is completely gone, it's like it was never there in the first place.

This is soooo strange. Touchbar is not present in both Activity monitor & keyboard option

Is this an Intel Mac or an M1 Mac...?
