it says "watchos 3.0 is up to date" and wont proceed any further to activate.

Hi,

I got a new series 2 watch, when tried to pair and activate with my iphone

1.) select language (tried a few different language)

2.) select region (tried a few different region)

3.) after that, it just show "watch os 3.0 is up to date" and wont proceed further.

I have tried on the following phones and it doesnt work (with hard reset, turn on and off the phone, charge both iphone and iwatch and it all doesn't work)

1.) iphone X on ios 14.7.1,

2.) iphone 11 pro on ios 14.7.1

3.) iphone 12 mini on ios 14.8

4.) iphone 6 on ios 12.5.4

5.) iphone 5s on ios 12.4.9

Would be great it anyone will be able to help me out on this.
