We are happy to help with the issue you are having with not being able to play any audio on SiriusXM. Have you tried quitting Music and trying again? You might want to try restarting your MacBook.
You should make sure you are running the latest version of software. Learn How to update the software on your Mac here.
You can also try to Start up your Mac in safe mode and see if the same thing happens.
