Why can’t People Of Color shake hands?

I noticed that we can change all of the colors of the emojis but not the hand shake emoji. I just thought this was odd because it seems like the tech is there to make this an option but it has not been applied. Hand shaking is an act that conveys many things including showing solidarity with others. I think it would be fitting to have an emoji that shows this action can occur between not only yellow, but all people of different colors.
