Turning on my Apple Watch Series 5 44m

Hello, for two weeks now I’ve been unable to turn on my Apple Watch. When I try to the Apple symbol shows and then disappears and does nothing more. When I try to charge it, the Apple symbol shows and repeatedly blinks the entire time it’s connected to the charger. Outside is this it does nothing else.
