Is there a way to get a refund if i bought an app by mistake?

I bought an app by mistake, is there a way to get a refund?

I never used the app, and it has been on my phone for less than two weeks. I thought i got a 1-month trial when i first downloaded the app. Also, the app subscription costs $69.99/year. Thanks!
