Weather widget not working

My M1 IPAD PRO cannot set weather widget location. I already tap the edit widget button but it’s not allow to set. In setting I also can’t find the weather in location menu. How can I solve this problem? My iPad is also upgraded with iPad OS 15 last 2days ago.

I've seen some suggestions that I use 'My Location' instead of typing in my town. I really enjoy having a fast way to check outside temperature and weather, but as it stands, the weather widget is completely useless to me. Invariably, I get the weather somewhere else (usually Cupertino). Is there any way to get this to stop altering my setting?

iPad weather app missing I don't have a weather app on my iPad pro and the widget defaults to Cupertino even with locations services enabled. Anyone run into this issue?

Weather.com widget The widget shows London weather. How do I get it to show local weather? It doesn’t appear in either privacy or any other settings I can find. iOs 15 on an iPad

To amend the location displayed in the Weather Widget, touch-and-hold until the action menu appears. A simple tap of the Widget will just trigger loading of a web page.
