Assistive touch not working on Apple Watch series 3

After updating the Apple Watch series 3 to watch os 8 option for assistive touch (pinch and clench) does not appear on accessibility

It's only available for Watch SE and Watch 6;

Use AssistiveTouch on Apple Watch (Apple Watch SE and Apple Watch Series 6 only)
