my iphone 7 is stuck on logo, if i update my iphone, did my data lost?

See if the following support article can help: If your iPhone is stuck on the Apple Logo - Apple Support

As far as your iPhone's data, did you make a backup BEFORE you upgraded it? If so, you should be able to restore its data from that backup.
