iOS display scrolling blurriness motion blur

How and when will Apple finally fix the motion blur when scrolling through pages and images because no matter what app you’re on, it mostly scrolls blurry which the hardware and software and the display refresh rate can’t handle and the 120htz refresh rates on the new iPad Pros and iPhone Pros have to be much better than the 60htz displays like playing video games. Also, is it true that it’s not the refresh rate and it’s because it’s an OLED panel instead of LCD which is too fast and color accurate contrast than the old iPhone 8’s which never had that problem before at least with my experience using them. Come on Apple, you’re ecosystem is so intuitive and continuative and that’s why I and people love investing into a familiar technology system, but it’s totally unacceptable how big successful companies get away with cost and effect analysis through economics of only caring about themselves and not the customer because durability and reliability is no where close in companies anymore pretty much like Sony’s PlayStation 5 with so many bugs at launch, especially the ridiculous Dual Sense Joystick Joy Con input output drift movement issues that doesn’t make it a good experience for consumers. Finally, you say that Apple makes the fastest and most efficient cpus and Gpus in the world and that’s mostly true with specs and performance but shouldn’t that all help with motion smoothness with scrolling on the display with no blur?

iPhone 12 mini, iOS 15
