Acees online to banking and credit card provider
I tried to log in online using my imac to my bank and my credit card provider to pay the latter. I got an error type message from my bank and the the cc provider went round in circles.
I rang my bank [Lloyds] and the lady instantly said that Apple keep changing the security protocols and that is why I was shut out. She advised using my phone and I instantly got through.
I rang Apple Support [Albania] and after 40 fruitless minutes on the phone she told me to go to my Apple shop.
Anybody else got this problem or more importantly got a solution please?
