Family sharing not working

I have my 15 y o old added to family sharing and had screen time set up as well as limitations to changing the password. I recently upgraded my device and her details were showing in my family sharing but not her apps and I wasn’t getting her app requests. I tried turning screen time on and off but this didn’t help. I then thought I’d remove her from the family and re add. So the remove seemed to work until I sent a new invite and when sh accepts it it says she’s already a member of a family. We tried going into her settings but it’s still locked down and she’s not appearing in my family anymore! Help please!
