Hello. You can view all of the Apple Watches that your iPhone is paired with by opening your "Watch" app and clicking "All Watches" in the top-left corner (assuming you already have an Apple Watch paired to your iPhone). If this app instead prompts your iPhone to setup a new Apple Watch, no Apple Watches are currently paired.
