I have an iPhone with the Software Version 13.3.1
how can I get rid of an App?
wenn I press the app icon a Field appears with the options: work on the homescreen, write an Email or share this app. If I touch „work on the homescreen“ the apps start to whiggle. In former times a X apeared on every app. Why has that disappeared?

The common reason for no X appearing on any app is due to a restriction set on deleting apps. On an iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps.
