I installed a TestFlight app to test beta apps, and when I tried to launch it, I got a message that says I need to be 13 or older. I'm older than 13, Apple ID birthdate is correct, so I don't know where is the problem.

Is your device subject to content restrictions via Screen Time?

No, it isn't. Every feature in Screen Time is turned off in my device.
