How to download an older version of an app?

I am trying to download an old version of the Walmart app. I know android users can but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do it on an iPhone..

Download the current version of it to a compatible unit on the same Apple ID, and then try redownloading it on an older one. This is only possible if your unit's OS can't run the current one and the developer left the previous one available.
