Apple Watch stuck on Apple screen

Just like to know what else I can do. Series 2. Watch has been fine for year. Woke up and it’s on the Apple screen. Tried hard rest holding down two buttons. Tried to reset phone by holding two buttons for 10s, release for a few, and hold for 20s. Got red exclamation mark. Tried hard reset again. Placed it on charger. Repeated several times. Still same thing, Apple screen. Any advice or is it just done?
