Mms option is not showing in message setting and in mobile data network

I am using iphone x. I can t send MMS from very first time, I dont even have option to enable MMS messaging?!! Where are settings gone? Under SMS/MMS options I have only three options: show subject field, Character Count, Blocked. Where is MMS Messaging button gone? I try reset network settings and restart IPhone but no effect. Also done the factory reset. But problem not solved. Talked with carier but they told they have no problem. Also mms settings is missing in cellular data network. Please do needful

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, you don't have the option for MMS in your settings. We'll do our best to assist.


Contacting the wireless carrier was a smart step. If there aren't issues on their side, that's helpful to know, since this feature is dependent on their service.


With that said, you're missing this MMS option. You mentioned restoring the device to test it out and the issue persisted. Did you restore as new or restore from a backup? If you restored from a backup, it might have put the issue back on the device. You may want to consider backing up and restoring to factory settings, then set it up as a new device to test it out.


In case you've already completed those steps and the issue continues, test another SIM card in the iPhone. If the problem doesn't continue, then you'd want to contact your wireless carrier once again. If it should continue with another SIM card, then it would be best to contact Apple directly: Get Support
