Issues with Wi-Fi hotspot after iOS update

I’ve been having issues with my Wi-Fi hotspot since i updated to iOS15.

My PC connects to the hotspot but says “No internet, secured”.

Thanks for your response!

I went over the steps mentioned in the link and tried resetting my network settings as well, but the hotspot still doesn’t work over Wi-Fi on my PC.

It works fine most of the time when connected through USB but there are times when it doesn’t detect the connection or the connection suddenly disconnects.

I tested the Wi-Fi hotspot on an iMac running Big Sur v11.5.2 and it worked fine.

So maybe this could be some sort of compatibility issue?

Jun6D,

From your troubleshooting, we know that Personal Hotspot works on iPhone to your Mac. Restart your computer. Try connecting to your Personal Hotspot while your computer is in safe mode. You can also test from a new user to see if this behavior affects your entire system or only your user account.

Regards.
