HP Printer Trouble shooting

I can't print to mu HP Pagewide Pro 477dw printer from Mac OS Big Sur 11.6

Have you recently upgraded to macOS Big Sur.

Did you check to see if your printer is supported under macOS Big Sur.


Have you been to the HP Support site for your printer, click below,

https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pagewide-pro-477dw-multifunction-printer-series/7439472

Make sure the operating selector is set for macOS 11.



You can download and install the HP Easy Start app, which when run will download the necessary drivers and software

for your printer in macOS Big Sur.

It may also be necessary for you to Reset The Printing System,

Reset the Mac printing system to solve a problem - Apple Support
