I already update the IOS 15 ， why cannot use the live text function
Live Text is currently supported in English, Chinese, French, Italian, German, Portuguese, and Spanish. You need an iPhone XS, iPhone XR, or later with iOS 15 to use Live Text.

My Iphone model is 8plus
That is why. Live Text is not supported on an iPhone 8 Plus. Your iPhone has to be an iPhone XS or newer.
