Transfer of FCPx to another user

Hello

I'm thinking on purchasing a new M1 Macbook to my daughter.

Can I move the Final Cut Pro X app from my current computer (a 2015 Macboook air which has actually uses my wife's login) to the new computer ?

One option is to use my wife's login, from the current Macboook, in the new M1 Macbook; however, this is not the ideal solution (image when the phone rings it will ring on the new computer...)

Is there any kind of "family" license that could share some apps ?
