Shazam no longer works on iPhone X 14.7.1

I’ve been using Shazam for 2 years with no issues. Now when I hit the listen button it returns a “no result” almost instantly. I’ve tried all of the obvious fixes including deleting the app and re-installing. And yes I’ve re-booted phone as well. It seems to me that the app is not using the microphone even though it has been granted access in settings. Is this a bug in the latest IOS? Has anyone else experienced this?

We know how important it is to be able to use the apps on your iPhone and want to help. You mentioned in the titled that you are running iOS 14.7.1 on your iPhone X, is that right? The latest version of iOS 14 is iOS 14.8 and also iOS 15 was recently released. You can try backing up your device, installing the iOS update and then installing any app updates that may be available to see if this continues.
