I've done a purchase from one of the games, and the transaction went well from my bank and from the game itself, and since that time I'm not been able to download from the app store and its keep asking for my password, after entering the password is showing under my visa card (failed), and if I want to my purchase history the last transaction for the game is showing pending, I'm sure that my password is right and my visa card is working, any solution ?

Speak to Apple directly, the purchase obviously didn't go well as far as Apple is concerned. Your account will be frozen until you clear this up.
