IOS14 apple music stuck in iPhone XR after Apple One

After switching to Apple One from a normal Apple Music subscription, I've been unable to add, remove, or download any music in my phone; I am able to do all of this on iTunes for Windows, and other devices, but not my main phone. New albums are also not updating, showing only the tracks that were released at the time before switching.

I tried doing a full data reset to remove all the music, and maybe start from nothing again, but once the reset was finished, the music was still in the phone. I am also still unable to delete any saved music from the Settings menu.

I should add: I verified my phone in iTunes, and it shows as if there is no music in it at all, which makes me think there might be a bug with the actual storage:

Any ideas of how to fix this?
