Cant get an app, say This apple id has not yet been used in the itunes store, tap review to sign in. I put in my info goes right back to This apple id has not yet been used in the itunes store

Have you added your payment method? You may need to add it for verification initially. Please see: Create or use an Apple ID without a payment method and Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods.
Also review: If you can't remove your last payment method or use no payment method with your Apple ID.
You may even need to try adding it to another device.

Can not get an app says Tap Review to sign in, then review your account information, I put in my password and it goes right back to This Apple id has not yet been used in the Itunes store help ID has not yet been used in the itunes store
