Just got the new iPhone 13 so don't know if there is an issue. I am trying to turn on Unlock with Apple Watch but says unable to communicate with Apple Watch. My watch is connected to my Iphone and everything else is working.

Apple has identified an issue where Unlock with Apple Watch may not work with iPhone 13 devices. See this article:

Do you have wifi and bluetooth turned on,this feature requires both.
