A synced app running on Apple watch

How do I delete a golf app running on my watch synced to my phone? I do not see how to do it from my phone or watch. It is running in the back ground since I used it when I played yesterday

On your iPhone, tap on:

Watch > My Watch

and scroll down to the INSTALLED ON APPLE CWATCH section. Then tap on the Golf app and unenable it.
