This is primarily a user-to-user support forum; other Apple users like you. We cannot cancel anything. Cancel upgraded iCloud storage by downgrading to the free 5GB plan. iCloud storage is linked to your Apple ID, not to a specific device. If you are using the same Apple ID for the new phone, see instructions in: Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan - Apple Support
