About trade-in

Did you get a trade in kit? Usually the new phone is delivered and the trade in kit comes days later.

Also, if you have an Apple Store near you, you can take the phone directly to your closest Apple store and get the trade validated in person. I got my new phone this afternoon. And traded my phone tonight at my Apple Store, even though I expect to receive a Trade In kit in the coming days.

Peel back the shipping label on the box, there should be a second label underneath.

They should have mailed two boxes for you. One is the new phone and one is to ship back the old phone
