Hi,
I have recently used used scanned documents feature on my iPad using Notes app. However, the synced notes to my Macbook only appear as grey boxes and I am unable to view the boxes within.
I have seen a similar post in 2019, but have yet to see a solution. Hoping to raise this again to create awareness of any fixes this year (2 years from previous post).

We can understand why you’d reach out for a solution. To start, do both devices have the most current operating system on them? Also can you see the scanned image in notes? If so, we would recommend to start the MacBook in safe mode.
