FaceTime not working on iPhone 13 pro

I just received my new iPhone 13 Pro max. While it was working initially, my FaceTime and iMessage have stopped working as of yesterday. When I attempted to switch it off and on again, it continued to look for activation for the phone number 

My partner has a new iPhone 13 and FT also isn't working properly...we can hear and see them but they're unable to hear us. :(

I am having the same issue and it is happening with 2 people so far and I just got my iPhone.

Me too, I just got the phone and this facetime is an issue. I tried every method and still not working. Even my first generation ipad mini is able to connect FaceTime.

my ft isnt working on my 13 pro either

I am having exactly the same issue. Except, if I use a wired headset, it works. But, if I use wireless earbuds or no earbuds, I cant hear.
