Money teansfer

I have Apple Pay on my Apple phone and I’ve always been easily able to transfer money from my bank to my Apple Pay and from my Apple Pay to other people and yesterday I owed my friend $27 but he doesn’t have an Apple phone all he has is cash app and I had him give me the routing number and the account number and I added it onto my banks on my Apple Pay and then I took that $27 I had on my Apple Pay and transferred it to his cash out it took it out of my banking account says pending but he still hasn’t received it I’m wanting to know what’s happening The confirmation number is 9a4012cc1010
