Setting up alarm with Siri

I am trying to set up alarm at 1.40. I updated to iOS version 15 and now I cant set up alarm at that time.

Every time when I ask Siri to set up that alarm, it set it up at 13.40. Even when I ask to set it up at 1.40 night it turns it to 13.40.

It is already stupid that I need to say night, because 1.40 is night time. If I want to set alarm at the day time, Ill say 13.40 instead.

Now I have to manually set that alarm, because Siri is downgraded in this newest version.

How can I fix this issue?

iPad, iPadOS 15

I noticed one more annoyance if i have a multible alarms.

If i try to delete alarm at 10.30 Siri say that i dont have that alarm. I have to ask it to delete the alarm. Then it say i have multible alarms. Only after i have listened all my alarms, then it can be deleted just saying 10.30 when it ask that.

This is again after ios 15 update.
