3 beeps is an indication of a RAM problem. What model/year Mac is this?

It is a RAM failure problem. You may be able to get replacement RAM at OWC. But I would not spend any money on an obsolete/vintage 2011 computer.

It is a MacBook Air 13" about a 2011 (I don't remember exactly when I bought it). I have never had issues with this device.
