That is a RAM issue on older Macs—try re-seating the RAM if user re-placable.

you are testing for both bad RAM or bad bank—
one stick at a time in each bank, If the RAM sticks prove to work individual—and banks work individually.
Other known issues are:
or RAM banks slightly distorted/out of flat (use shims)
Solder joints can fail especially the lower bank neareast the bottom cover plate typically not the upper bank. If you pressing on the back or moving the machine it maytrigger the issue.
