Netflix Pay problem

I was tax twice Time to Netflix. I was subscribed last month for 4 screen, when expire Time I subscribe for 1 screen. They tax me for 1 screen and in a few second with the 4 screen i Pay twice Time and is not corect. I Wang my Money Back to card. I want to subscribe for 1 screen only. Thak you !
