iPhone 13 won’t pair with Panasonic D Link Base

Hello,

My wife and I have the same iPhone 13 connected to our cars. Her phone successfully pairs with the Panasonic Link to cell base and my iPhone will not. The only difference is mine is paired with an Apple Watch. Is this the reason why? If yes is there a work around or phone base that is capable of doing both? Our base is a few years old.
