iPad 6th Gen won't start

My daughter's iPad 6 (2018) wouldn't start this morning. Worked until she went to sleep last night, then she couldn't open it this morning. Was plugged in, so battery seemed to have been charged. Don't find any restart solutions.

Unfortunately, this advice isn't helping. I saw these suggestions already and hoped for some other help that might solve this. The age of this device and the cost of repairs rules out Apple fixes. Thanks for responding.
