Hi apple and the community. I have a small online business (business registered in Australia) and I sell various types of electronic products. I'm intending to sell couple of apple phones and ipads in my online business. Is it legal to sell the apple products I buy from Australia? or, is it compulsory to become an authorized reseller to start reselling?

"Formal" is a letter sent via regular mail to their corporate headquarters, Attn: legal department. Although I cannot speak for their legal department, my personal opinion is: if it is a business, probably not unless you are an authorized reseller. See some info here:
