IPAD will not restart after IOS update.
Recently I have updated my IPAD with IOS 15 and since then my tablet will not restart. I get a small circle going around and around, but that is it.

Try and Force restart iPad
Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button and keep it pressed until Apple logo appears, release the button.
If the above procedure does not work, then Please follow the instructions in this guide published by Apple ➔ If your iPad won't turn on or is frozen
